The co-curricular programme is built on five key principles:

  • Breadth and excellence across all areas of School life
  • A culture of participation – every boy can get involved
  • Support for developing talents, and discovering new ones
  • Character-building through challenge, leadership and teamwork
  • A sense of joy, curiosity and lifelong learning

With over 60 clubs, activities and societies running each week, there is truly something for everyone.

From brass band to barbell club, coding to ceramics, debating to Dungeons & Dragons – boys at Sherborne have access to an evolving menu of activities tailored to their interests.

Creative minds can explore visual arts, design technology, radio broadcasting, creative writing, drama and music. Curious thinkers might enjoy philosophy club, the Cecil Society, Model United Nations, or Oxbridge discussions.
